Save Home Heat is a residential HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractor that provides repair and maintenance services to clients along the Front Range of Colorado. Save Home Heat also carries appliances and offers professional installation services.
We began our email campaign for Save Home Heat in July of 2016. Our goal was to increase conversion rates through emails.
The result was good, but not where we wanted to be. We were initially sending content-heavy emails that were not converting, so we changed our strategy.
We optimized our emails by collecting customer data through a survey, and learning exactly what type of content our customers wanted to receive.
We streamlined our email efforts to address the pain points of our customers and offered content that inspired our clients to schedule services with Save Home Heat.
Instead of sending emails that we thought the customers needed, we followed the answers on the survey and provided content about rebates, green living, and new products.
Our conversion rate via email increased 254% — from 0.58% to 2.07%.
Traffic increased by 34.97% and we saw a 640% increase in phone calls — from 10 phone calls in Q1 of 2016, to 74 phone calls in Q3 of 2017.
